Trading contracts for difference (CFDs) is prohibited or heavily restricted for retail clients in these places. Those restrictions are directed at brokers and at the distribution of CFDs rather than at software vendors, but we exclude these jurisdictions so that our Software is not used where the underlying activity is not permitted.

We also do not licence the Software to residents of the following, because of the complexity of the applicable restrictions and payment-related compliance:
This is our commercial decision. It is not a statement that every resident of those countries is a sanctioned person.
Separately from sections A and B, we do not supply the Software to any person who is listed under, or owned or controlled by a person listed under, sanctions administered by the European Union, the United Nations, the United Kingdom or the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
We also do not supply the Software where its supply would breach a territorial sanctions measure applicable to us.
Sanctions lists change. This obligation applies as those lists stand from time to time, whether or not this page has been updated.
You are responsible for confirming that purchasing and using the Software is lawful where you live, and for the accuracy of the declaration you give at checkout. Using a VPN, a proxy or a false declaration to obtain a licence is a breach of the Terms of Service and entitles us to terminate the licence without refund.
